The popular Comfort

Comfort is our most popular type of owner association. It meets most people’s needs in terms of the size of the homes, for a reasonable investment. Since 2017, more than 150 families have chosen five luxury homes of this calibre for themselves and their families. MH12 will thus be the sixth Comfort association.

Together with 28 other families, an owner gets the keys to what can almost be described as a whole new world, with homes in Piedmont in northern Italy, Megève in the French Alps, Marbella in southern Spain, Italy’s capital, Rome and the Côte d’Azur in the south of France, which to some extent is a new location for MyHomes.

This type of association is generally suitable for singles or couples who wish to use the homes themselves or with their closest family members or best friends. The apartments have beds for a minimum of six people, and eight in the house in Piedmont, which also has a pool.
