Comfort is our most popular association type. It sufficiently fulfills most people’s needs in terms of home size, and it’s also a sound investment. Since 2017, more than 350 owners have chosen to have the pleasure of five luxury homes with MyHomes for themselves and their families. The MH16 Comfort+ will be the 7th Comfort association.

Together with 28 other families, you will be handed the keys to what can almost be described as a whole new world. In the MH16 Comfort+ association you become the owner of homes in Piedmont in Northern Italy, Hornbaek in Denmark, Barcelona in Spain and on Mallorca and the Côte d’Azur in the South of France.

This association type is ideal for those who enjoy travelling alone, with a partner, close family or friends. In Piedmont and Hornbaek you will own a house with sleeping accommodation for eight people, and in the other locations there will be apartments with room for six people. The homes will have an average value of DKK 8.5 million (incl. trading costs and a fee to MyHomes), and they will all be renovated and tastefully decorated to MyHomes’ high standards, with a keen eye for detail, a homey feel and a focus on quality.
