Lone & Esper, owners in a Premium association

With luxury homes in five different places in Europe, MyHomes has a wealth of holiday options to choose from, and it is even possible to visit several locations in one single holiday. That’s exactly what one of our owner families, Esper and Lone, did when they became owners in one of our Premium associations. They were curious to get to know their new homes, so they launched their ownership with a spring tour – three homes in three weeks.

First of all, they visited their magnificent new villa in Marbella. They then went to the apartment in Villefranche, before ending up in their newly built stone house in Piedmont. To ensure a comfortable change between homes, the family chose to drive from location to location on the changeover day, which is Monday at MyHomes. The first stop was Marbella, where the family has a 248 m2 villa with its own pool, and here they had a particularly good first impression:

“The house in Marbella impressed us with its generous space, tremendous functionality, tasteful interior design and excellent location. It’s a pure pleasure to be in the home, which has so much to offer, and after all, the Marbella area is quite inviting.”

The home has four spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, so there’s plenty of space for the whole family. The villa is also equipped with fitness equipment, table tennis and bicycles that are free for the owners to use.

CHARMING VILLEFRANCHE

The second stop on the trip was Villefranche-sur-Mer, just over 1,700 km from Marbella. Here, the family owns a 109 m2 apartment with views of the Mediterranean and Villefranche Bay. It has four rooms, two bathrooms and a 40 m2 sunny corner terrace. The location on the Southern French coast offers a local French atmosphere, unique views and various activities in the pleasant local community.

“And so we reached Villefranche, and this apartment is absolutely in line with the home we just visited. MyHomes really exceeds our otherwise quite high expectations, time and time again. We’ve had private homes in this area for 20 years, so we know this place like the back of our hand(s), and we’ve certainly not regretted having sold the house here in Provence and exchanged it for a MyHomes ownership. This is just good, so good and tasteful in every way.”

THE GOOD LIFE OF PIEDMONT

“The house in Piedmont was the cherry on top of the cake of our three-week spring trip. Newly constructed in hand-hewn local stone, the house offers beautiful, classic local architecture plus a location high and unique in Piedmont’s cultural landscape. Surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut plantations, the house could not be better situated, and its interior architecture and design are so tasteful that they defy almost every description in text.”

The 220 m2 stone house consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large, sunny terrace with an infinity pool, with views of the nearby town and the Italian and French Alps.

The conclusion of Esper’s and Lone’s Tour de MyHomes was lots of praise and tremendous joy:
